D.T.G or "direct-to-garment" printing this process is done using a large inkjet printer which is made specially to print on cotton with water based fabric inks. The printer can print block colours that look similar to screen printing and also full colour photos. This method of printing is very versitile, With its 40cmx50cm print area we can position the garment anyway we wish, to print the design in different locations. If you have anything particular in mind dont hesitate to call us. We are all for experimenting and we want to help you create something unique.
VINYL CUTTING is the process of cutting out shapes of vinyl or film and then heat applying them to the garment. The advantages to this are ; its not printed, so it will virtually never wear out and is slighly brighter than d.t.g printing. Also we can get a wide range of special effect vinyls on request, such as; Reflective (like a mirror, clear or different colours), Refractive (throws light like a disco ball! comes in colours including gold), Glitter (in different colours), Neon ( very vibrant colours and glows really bright in U.V light.), Flock (has a furry texture like felt or velvet, in wide range of colours). There are many others out there. Again if you have something particular in mind, we can probably get it for you.So give us a call. The disadvantage of this method is the design cannot be too complicated. ie text is ok and simple images that arnt intricate other wise it becomes a very long and expensive process.
